I am Christine and my family and I have been hosting international students in my home for the past 14 years. The experiences I have had with young people from Korea, Japan, Paraguay, France, Indonesia, India, Italy, and many more  countries assure me that the world is in good hands. I think it is a good idea to share my good news and stories.

Anyone curious about what it has been like to open doors to strangers who sleep in your beds, eat your food, and become enmeshed with your family life will satisfy their curiosity by reading my blog and will most likely have a chuckle or two,too.

International students who lived with host families can re-live their adventures; and students contemplating a trip to America to improve their English can get a sneak preview.

In most all blogs ( unless students request otherwise) I have changed the names of the student to protect their privacy.  All students have givenme  permission to use their photos in the blog.
